Central government had set Eid public holiday for civil servants (PNS) and private employees that will start from June 27. Initially, it was June 23, but it has been revised.
At first, holiday was started from this Friday and employees must present at office on June 29
"At first, holiday was started from this Friday and employees must present at office on June 29. But there is revision after new announcement from Menpan-RB," said Bambang Sugiono, Jakarta Secretary's Governance Assistant, Sunday (6/11).
He explained that previously, Eid public holiday has been set on June 23-28 but then revised into June 27-30. This change is based on provision of Joint Decree (SKB) No. 684/2016, No. 302/2016, and SKB/02/MENPAN-RB/11/2016. That SKB was signed by Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Ministry of Manpower on November 21, 2016.

Jakarta Regional Employment Board (BKD) Head, Agus Suradika admitted has already socialized to PNS regarding Eid holiday schedule provision.
